How we handle your details
Last updated 4 October 2026
In short: these websites have no accounts, set no cookies, run no analytics or tracking, and load nothing from other companies’ servers. The enquiry forms do not send anything to us on their own — they write a message that you choose to send from your own email. We only receive what you send.
Who we are
This notice covers both Speedex websites. The company you contact is responsible for the details you send it.
bom.speedex@gmail.com
speedextranslogistics3657@gmail.com
What the forms do
The “Request a rate” and “Raise a booking” forms run entirely in your browser. When you press Email, the page opens your email app with the message already written. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and nothing you type is saved by the website.
What we receive and why
If you send us a message, we receive the details in it — typically your name, company, phone number, email address and the shipment or consignment details. We use them only to:
- reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
- book, move and deliver your cargo, and keep you updated on it;
- keep the records our business and tax obligations require.
We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else is involved
- Your email provider carries the message, under its own privacy terms.
- Carriers, agents and customs authorities receive the shipment details needed to move and clear your cargo when you book with us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry. Booking and shipment records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we are not required to keep them. Email the company you dealt with at the address above and we will respond.
Changes
If we change how the websites handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
